About Melanie

I am a yoga teacher certified in India by Yoga Allianca, RYT 500. I have been passionate for yoga for 3 years, learning and sharing all its benefits and applications not only in the mat but in life itself. Since then I have practiced yoga in different parts of the world because during the last 3 years I dedicated myself to travel.

About the lesson

My classes are based on the fluid movement of the body from conscious breathing. They are suitable for all levels of experience and difficulty, since I teach postures and movements with their modifications to adapt it to each person, need and capacity.

100 / h private classes at home I also offer group classes from Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 6pm at a yoga center, this has a monthly cost of $ 500. In the month of May we offer 30% of the tuition, so come and take advantage of the offer. Ask for classes with Melanie.
