About Gautam
My knowledge has come from childhood, my family traditions. I have perfected my knowledge alongside great Indian spiritual masters and Yogis of the Himalayas. Since 2009, I have been in contact with the public to help people with health problems and to accompany people who want to know more about the practice, theory and philosophy of yoga. I have already individually trained more than 500 people, all nationalities combined. They have obtained a better quality of life (sleep, body, well being, relaxation), and in addition, for people with chronic disease a gradual decrease in the amount of medicines ingested.

I am Yoga master from India, I offer my courses only in English for the moment to the beginners as well as to the persons having already a certain mastery. I have a broad knowledge of the different types of yoga practiced in India. I work with asanas, pranayamas, mudra bandha. With my knowledge, I can adapt my courses according to your sicknesses and diseases, i will adapt postures, I can advise you and propose Ayurvedic products (ancestral Indian medicine) in relation to your requests. This does not preclude parallel medical follow-up.
