About Elsa
I have dedicated my life to dance, and, a few years ago, I discovered yoga. Immediately I felt a profound connection with the practice, its philosophy and everything related. Like so, it did not take long until I decided that I wanted to devote myself even more to these learnings, to the point of being able to share them with others and help them feel the same positive changes that yoga brought to me; in my relationship with myself, the outer world and life in general. After a season in India, I feel it is time to start sharing. I invite you to live this experience with me :)

I always try my best to know the experience and objectives of my student / s before starting a practice, in order to prepare the class that could benefit the individual. In group classes, it may be more difficult to make this adaptation because of the different experiences and bodies, but it is still possible. Yoga is for everyone, and everyone is welcome to my classes! Beyond the practice of yoga, in my classes you can also try meditation, learn mantras and practice Pranayama (breathing techniques). Finally, my main objective is to help you become a better version of yourself through discipline and self-love; that you feel even better in your skin and prepared to live life fully on every occasion. As for location, I can teach at the student's home or another space that is comfortable for him/her. We can also do outdoor classes, which is really cool!
