About Uma
Hello all, this is Uma Rajasekar, yoga trainer, got certification in Ayush, 5 years experience in yoga, teaches in four south languages. Why I am starting this yoga class is because the practice has brought immense balance, strength, and mental clarity to my own life. I am sharing this knowledge to help our community live healthier, more mindful lives. Join with me, I hope your yoga journey will be soon with Yoga for Me. Thank you.
