I am a friendly and intuitive teacher. If you are looking to stay consistent and grow in your practice or even to just have a bit of fun then I am your best bet. You can count on me to be punctual and professional. Inclusivity is also a big factor to why I chose to become a yoga instructor - I believe people of all body types, genders and ages should get the chance and privilege to safely engage in practicing yoga.
