I am a 200RYT, currently in the process of completing an additional 300-hr advanced training.

You can expect practices that are stimulating, energizing, and designed for a full body-and-mind connection. You’ll find moments of peace while enjoying creative sequencing and a healthy dose of humor (because life is too short to take yourself so seriously!). I’m here to help you build strength in your body and mind.
As a vegan chef and holistic health coach, I can also guide you along your journey towards a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle—always meeting you were you’re at. i’ll share recipes, tips & tricks, and meal plan suggestions, with a focus on protein to support your strength and recovery.

hello beautiful people! i’m charley, certified yoga instructor and wellness coach. i am here to support you on your life journey and help you fall in love with yoga and plant-based eating the way I did years ago.
yoga has completely transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined. i've connected to new levels of strength, energy, flexibility, intuition, and embodiment that I didn't know were within me. it also taught me the principle of non-harm, which led me to adopt a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for the animals, the earth, and the body i inhabit.
my hope is to show you that intentional, thoughtful movement and nutrition can be the path to not only your dream self, but a better world for everyone around you.
