About Ceren

For me, movement is not just a physical practice; it's a powerful and transformative form of communication with the body. My yoga journey began with my interest in dance and body awareness practices, and over time, it evolved into a disciplined practice. Today, in my classes, I aim to instill in my students not just exercise, but a sustainable habit of movement. My degree in French Language and Literature gives me strong communication skills, allowing me to explain complex movements in simple language that everyone can understand. I adopt an explanatory, patient, and supportive approach in my classes. Aware that each student's body structure, past movement experience, and goals are different, I proceed in a completely personalized manner. My area of expertise is developing flexibility, improving posture, body awareness, breath coordination, and creating a graceful yet powerful movement practice with ballet-inspired flows. My goal is not to force the student, but to ensure their safe development. Therefore, alignment, injury prevention, and correct technique form the foundation of my classes. I strive to create a non-judgmental, relaxed, and motivating environment in my classes. I especially make sure that students who want to start yoga but don't know where to begin feel safe and secure. I believe that small steps lead to big transformations. Students who work with me not only become more flexible or stronger; they also learn to listen to their bodies, use their breath, and feel more balanced in their daily lives. Making yoga practice accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone is my top priority.

In my yoga classes, my goal is not just to teach poses; it's to help students establish a safe, conscious, and sustainable connection with their own bodies. My classes are based on a modern yoga approach that combines flows inspired by ballet discipline, breathwork, and body awareness. **My Teaching Method** Because each student's body, flexibility, and needs are different, classes are completely personalized. First, I determine the student's goals (gaining flexibility, strengthening, correcting posture, reducing stress, or starting yoga). I teach movements step by step, paying attention to anatomical alignment and prioritizing safe progress. **Class Structure** Classes generally follow this flow: * Breathwork and body awareness * Mobility and gentle warm-up * Flow-based yoga practice (ballet-inspired transitions) * Balance and strengthening exercises * Stretching and relaxation * Short meditation or relaxation. During the class, I offer alternative poses according to the student's level; the aim is not to force them, but to make progress sustainable. **My Approach as a Teacher:** Thanks to my degree in French Language and Literature, I have strong communication skills and I use a clear, patient, and supportive approach in my lessons. I prioritize creating a non-judgmental, safe, and motivating environment. I focus on both the aesthetics of movement and physical health. **Who are the classes for?** * Beginners in yoga * Those who want to gain flexibility * Office workers who want to improve their posture * Those interested in dance and movement practice * Students who want to improve their intermediate level yoga practice * Women who prefer one-on-one classes.
