About Amy
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 20 of them. I believe a good teacher is one that focuses on a strong daily self practice.I love working with people with injury who want to build strength and rehabilitation and women who are aging that want a more thoughtful approach to some modern yoga.
