About Mariana
Mariana is a mother of two boys. This ‘off the mat’ learning, being a mother, has transformed her teaching, helping her to feel more mature and grounded. Her classes are simple yet powerful, combining elements of asana, pranayama, mantra, yoga nidra and meditation. Her calm and generous presence creates a space of nurturing, healing and connection.
