About Jordan
Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a child. I took some courses in college, and upon graduating with Bachelor of Arts degree, I decided to further my yoga education. I did 2 intensive Yoga Teacher Trainings on the Greek island of Amorgos. The program consisted of yogis from 20 different countries. Learning yoga from all these different cultures was a formative experience to say the least!

I love to teach outside and use nature to enhance our practice. All you need is a mat! I will provide music, props, instruction, and mediation guidance.
All levels are welcome! I start with the basics and make sure that form and posture are proper, first and foremost. I teach very holistically since very body is unique and has different needs.
Be open about your yoga journey intentions and I will be sure to steer your lesson in the right direction, whether it’s to build strength, you’d like a more therapeutic approach, or anything in between!
