About Charo
I am certified by Siddhi Yoga Training Teacher Multidisciplinary 500 hours, plus Ayurveda initiation course and Restorative Yoga course. Everything that yoga means is important to me, so I also work meditation and pranayama in my classes, this helps to enter and be more consciouss of the body when you perform the asanas.

I teach Yoga in all levels, you can choose between the different disciplines and exchanged them as you feel like. It is important for me to know the physical conditions of the student and so if there are problems to be able to adapt the class to each condition. Namaste
