About Eugenia
I am an Actress, I studied at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art, I worked in the Argentine company De La Guarda y Fuerzabruta, doing international tours for several years. I looked for a lot, with the experience of so much body work, a practice that connects me with the body and the breath, turning myself completely to the happiness and calm that I found in my daily YOGA practices.

My classes are based on first connecting with the breath, how am I breathing? I observe and record. From that awareness I begin with a series of greetings to the sun to warm up and prepare the body. Then we continue with postures or Asanas that work strength, balance and elongation. Finishing with a guided meditation and relaxation.
