About Shree
I'm a UGC NET QUALIFIED Assistant Professor in yoga with 12+ years of experience in teaching yoga. Specialized in 1. Yoga Theory classes for Ayush Certification courses, YIC, YTTC, PG Diploma, Diploma, MSc Yoga 2. Trained more than 1500+ for prenatal yoga 3. Therapy session for major diseases like BP, Diabetes, Migraine, Thyroid, back pain etc. My experience and the way I handle situations has given me great appreciation from my clients. Sessions include basic understanding about what you are doing and what is the expected outcome from that, classes not only focus on one thing in yoga it is a mix of all components like breathing practice, Pranayama, meditation, asanas, kriyas. Special classes conducted for senior citizens like chair yoga. Prenatal yoga class shall be done in a very careful manner so that the mother and child enjoy the session.
