About Grace
A lifelong fascination with anatomy, neuroscience and meditation has given Grace a unique viewpoint on Yoga guidance. Grace employs 4 modalities of yoga training, 11 years of Yoga teaching and over 14 years of Buddhist meditation instruction with her fierce passion for communion with the self. Her classes promote deep connection in the lives of her students.
