Let's talk about what you have in mind for a yoga class. I am open to it. My exercises are aimed at your goals. I also explain why certain exercises are effective for you and motivate you to practice them regularly. I can still say a lot about that, but let's meet and then you can see if I meet your expectations.

Hallo, Maria kenne ich privat schon 8 Jahre und habe letzten Mittwoch das erste Mal an ihrem Yogakurs teilgenommen. Die Übungen sind auch für nicht so Geübte wie mich, dank ihrer ruhigen Erklärungen, gut zu übernehmen und toll aufeinander aufgebaut, am Ende wurde schön entspannt. Einen Muskelkater gab's nicht.
