Basically i teach Meditation. there r 5 types of meditation which i teach.
OM Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, Ajapajap, SO-HAM Meditation, Mantra Meditation....
some meditation we do at night in dark and some meditation we do in early in the morning....
On the FULL MOON we practice a special type of meditation, once in a month.
like this we practice a different type of meditation on NEW MOON also....
