About Preety
I am an IT engineer and a mom, i have seen benefits of yoga on myself. I have been giving online yoga classes since last year. I have experienced that doing yoga is not tough, its the "motivation" which is hard to maintain.
I have that, and i am gonna help who need it.

I put myself in the shoe of the student, and try to motivate them where they lack. First , i check what is current capacity of my student, then slowly i try to make them limit less.
