About Tamara
I started teaching from a very young, as university student I taught at the secondary level as well as in the first years of my career. I am currently doing my doctorate in Biotechnology and Chemical Sciences and during this stage I taught in two subjects in university (Biochemistry and Organically Chemistry) and I also supervised 4 thesis in English and Spanish (3 undergrade students and 1 posgrade student).

I consider it is necessary first know the level of competence of the student, their previous knowledge and their expectations and then move forward to what they know and to what they need. Facilitate their reflection on what they do is one of the main things because is me who will be able to provide the tools to improve their professional development. I always seek to promote a positive interaction student-teacher that favors empathetic relationships, cooperation, etc., contributing to the maintenance of fluid and rewarding relationships in the context of learning and by this way facilitate the flow of communication.
