About Karabo

I am s student who believe that peace in the mind and body makes a productive person. I hold private sessions with close friends and family and would love to share what I have learnt. Students will be able to depart from classes with a clear head and less stress.

My teaching method is to teach and learn at the same time. While students learn how to calm their minds, they will be teaching themselves how to relieve stress in their own unique ways. I belive that everyone is very different so different methods and techniques work for different people.
