About Neylan
Former Gymnast, I reached level 9 of 10. I was on my way to a full ride and then I injured myself. I’ve also been a gymnastics coach, coaching children through the fundamentals of gymnastics. Current yogini, mastering arm balances and meditation.

First, consultation and learning what the client needs and wants to get out of his/hers yoga practice. I ask what kind of music they’d like. Second, smooth and light vinyasa flow followed by a yin practice and meditation before closing. I’m also a big fan of essential oils and aromatherapy. I have training on Pamana yoga (hands on massages with CBD)
