About Whitney
I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for the past 7 years. I completed my 300-hour yoga training in India, where I deepened my knowledge of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, as well as guided meditation techniques such as Yoga Nidra. Additionally, I earned my 200-hour certification through CorePower Yoga in Hollywood, specializing in Power Vinyasa. I lead sound baths as well
