The meditation technique that I will teach you is divided into two parts:
1.Omkar Sadhna- In this part you have to do pronunciation of OM in a different way for 5 times and there will be gap of 4 minutes between each. In those 4 minutes, you have to concentrate on your oxygen inhale and carbon dioxide exhale. From this, your concentration power would increase, etc .
2. Yog-nidra-In this technique, you have to visualize your body organs and bones in a very different way. After visualization you have to relax.
Here I want to comment that this yog-nidra technique is most powerful.
You can get rid of any xyz disease by seeing the organs. There is a technique to see those organs and for that you should come to me.
