About Alex

I am a psychotherapist, writer and author. I have spent 10 years working in the field of journalism and mental health and have long-standing experience in education. I have worked as a teaching assistant in a French speaking school, mentored and been a youth worker. I support men and boys with their mental health and emotional literacy.
I want to teach as a way of delving into the things I love: working with people want to do better, read more and write clearly .

About the lesson

We’ll proofread, edit, reframe and help your work shine with the best clarity for the best results. We will breakdown the texts to get the best meaning and understanding and explore discussions for deeper connectivity to the work in life.
