About Sevval
I graduated from Health Sciences University Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation department. Since I got the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance approved yoga instructor certificate in 2019, I have been giving private and group lessons. At the same time, as a physiotherapist, I also use yoga in orthopedic and neurological treatment programs.

Although our lessons usually take 1 hour and 15 minutes, this time is organized according to the wishes and needs of the person. Our classes are suitable for anyone who wants to practice yoga. It is designed according to the wishes and needs of the person. A physically, emotionally and spiritually holistic lesson is taught by including yoga flow, breathing exercises and meditation in one lesson.

Perfect! Çok tatlı ve ilgili bir hoca. Sadece yoga değil fizyoterapi açısından da bana sabırla ders verdi ve her türlü sorularıma cevap verecek bilgiye sahipti. Ne yazikki artık yoğunluktan derslere devam edemiyorum ama herkese mutlaka bir ders alıp denemesini tavsiye ediyorum
Perfect! Şevval'le derslerimiz çok keyifli geçti. Tanışma dersimizde bize yoga hakkında genel bilgiler de verdi, nefes tekniklerini de anlattı. Güne dinamik ve enerjik hareketlerle başladık ve her pratiği nefes egzersizleriyle sonlandırdık. Enerjik dersler ve nefes farkındalığı istiyorsanız Şevval'le tanışmanızı öneririm.
