About Sally
i am currently a Masters student and have recently graduated with a first class degree in Human biology and if all goes well, I’ll be moving on to do a PhD.
At school I completed a GCSE and A-level in biology so know exactly how stressful these time periods can be! I also had a tutor myself and then went on to tutor privately; which provided me with an insight in how best to get someone to understand a subject they find tricky and build up someone’s academic confidence when a mistake or struggle has knocked it down.
I adore learning and talking about my subject and I’m passionate about helping as many people as I can not only understand the subject enough to pass an exam, but so they find some enjoyment in learning about it as well.

Being a student should be an individualistic experience as we all learn and absorb in different ways. Teaching should be more than just reciting a textbook back at you. Therefore, its important to me that I communicate and cooperate with each student to try to make every lesson as individual and unique as possible to suit the personality and learning type of whom I’m teaching.
I aim to make these sessions as interactive and engaging as possible because from my experience engaging in a task is a far easier and much more enjoyable way of learning.
