About Shakira
Hi! My name is Shakira, and I am a qualified nurse with a strong academic background in Biology, including Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, and Genetics.
My passion for Biology comes from seeing how it applies in real life — especially in healthcare. During my studies and clinical experience, I developed a deep appreciation for how the human body works and how important it is to truly understand these concepts, not just memorise them.
I decided to start tutoring because I know how challenging Biology can feel, and I genuinely enjoy helping others understand it in a simpler, more relatable way. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a student go from feeling confused and overwhelmed to feeling confident and capable.
I aim to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions freely, build your understanding step by step, and improve your results. Whether you are preparing for exams, struggling with certain topics, or aiming to achieve top marks, I am here to guide and support you.
