I have been practicing yoga from past 5+ years. And an experienced, qualified, certified yoga instructor and practitioner.
RYT 900 Hrs ATTC ( Advance Teacher Training Course) from the world's oldest yoga school- The Yoga Institute, which is listed as RYS (Registered Yoga School) with IYA (International Yoga Alliance).
RYT 200 Hrs from Premanand Yoga.
My areas of expertise are Traditional Yoga, Prenatal, Postnatal, Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra.

Yoga is a science of right living and must be incorporated in our daily life. It begins to work on the outermost aspects, the physical body, which is a starting point. When imbalance is experienced at this level, the organs, muscles and nerves no longer function in harmony. Yoga aims at bringing the different bodily functions into perfect coordination so that they work for the good of the whole body.
My lesson plans are made considering ones lifestyle, body type, strength and requirements, to bring harmony between their body and mind, thus enhancing the beauty of living. Anyone who is willing can practice Yoga, not only the ones who are suffering from any ailments but also healthy people to sustain a healthy body with age. The science of yoga applies itself to all aspects of life. The effect of yogic practices are a potent means to restore and maintain physical and mental health.
