About Francis
I started my yoga journey by practicing Bikram Yoga. Eventually, I found my way to the Vinyasa practice, and then on to Ashtanga. I eventually decided to become a teacher, becoming certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I have also been certified in Trauma Recovery, Yin, Rocket, Restorative, and Nidra.

I approach yoga with the mentality that yoga is for everyone. It should be an enjoyable experience. I do this through positive reinforcement, as well as being knowledgeable enough to guide my students through whichever variation of poses is most appropriate for them at the moment. I strive to impart a sense of awe and love of the practice that has been bestowed upon me.
