I am an graduate in Engineering in Computers with 8 years of work experience. I had CBSE board in my SSC and HSC with Science( Biology+physics+chemistry) and Maths. I have been teaching biology since my school days and still continuing with the passion for teaching.

If they find subject tough then to understand which portion/part and to make creative ways to make them look easy and interesting so they attempt to understand without thinking that they won't be able to grasp it.
if it's career perspective then to give them ideas on how to first focus on basics and keep it strong so that one can accordingly move to advance concepts.
