About Rob
I am a recent mechanical engineering graduate from Newcastle University, achieving first-class honours in my Masters degree. I am passionate about mathematics and having received tutoring myself across school, I know what it takes to succeed and enjoy the subject!
I have been self-employed tutoring maths for the duration of my a-levels and over University summer holidays, for a range of students of varying ages, from KS3 through GCSE's to A-level.
The sense of satisfaction in seeing the returns from the effort put in by each individual student is fantastic and is the main reason why I do it!

I am an online mathematics tutor with the ambition to continue helping students on this platform at all stages of their mathematics education.
I like to work in a clear and methodical way, ensuring that answers are set out in a manner that is understandable by both examiners when marking, and by the student when revising.
Worked examples, past papers and repetition in particular are the methods that I believe have the most success, with concise explanations of each topic.
