aIm a health Coach, was a nurse, but I’ve been interested in strength and health my entire life. The most I’ve learned as with most people has come from self experimentation/experience and personal research. I’ve learned that we know almost nothing about health. But there are very promising paths. When it works I continue with it

About the lesson

Asking someone what it is they want and what they are willing to do to get it. I start with basic principles and then move on to more specific aspects. But if all you want are the “cheats” I can provide those too.
