About Tatjana
I am a final year BSc Tonmeister (Sound Engineering) student at the University of Surrey with strong roots in Maths and Physics. I have excelled in both subjects throughout my academic career, representing the UK at international Maths and Physics competitions and achieving A*s at both GCSE and A levels.
Throughout my studies I have developed the revision and exam skills needed to achieve top grades, and I am enthusiastic to pass these skills on to students, enabling them to achieve their full potential and also spark a greater interest in STEM subjects.

I tailor my lessons to suit the individual learning style of each student, and maintain motivation both in and between lessons by setting clear achievable goals. This helps students build confidence in their abilities and encourages them to push themselves further as they are able to see their own progress.
I keep my lessons engaging by using a variety of methods to explain and consolidate concepts, including worked examples and short tests to check understanding. Being a sound engineering student, I am also passionate about helping students discover the variety of degree courses and vocations an interest in Maths/Physics can lead to.

Tatjana was my amazing GCSE maths tutor and was able to get me from a Grade 5 all the way up to a Grade 8 in just 6 months! She was able to thoroughly and clearly explain all of the topics I struggled with especially trigonometry and vectors.
