About Hugo
I am currently a second year Economics student at the University of Edinburgh. I have given maths tuition at a GCSE level in the past and have been told that my patient nature has made maths an easier and more enjoyable subject.

My teaching method is to start by reinforcing what the pupil already knows, therefore providing them with the confidence necessary to be gradually introduced to new topics and mastering them at a faster rate than if they were to be throw into the deep end from the start. By using this method, I will act as a guide for learning for the individual so that they will be working out the solutions for themselves boosting their confidence and success around the specific topic area.
