About Clarissa
I have a degree in Zoology from Oklahoma State University and am currently working on my application for graduate programs studying biology and ecology. At the moment I am teaching high school biology, zoology, and environmental science. I taught 6th grade English and reading last year as well.

I believe that each student is different and will, therefore, change my lessons so that each student can get the help they need. I believe in explaining why things are a certain way and why we are taking a certain approach to solving a problem rather than just having students memorize information. This allows them to apply that information to other problems or questions so they can understand new concepts.
