About Disha
I would love to introduce myself as Disha. I am practising yoga since 6 years, this is Sadhana for me. I did two certification and one diploma course in Yoga from India. I also did Yoga therapy and practising it from 2 years. I love to pass this immense knowledge to people for their well being and peace.
