Yes, everyone can do the workout on their own. My difference as a trainer is to accelerate body development by making you do different movements in each workout and to reduce the wrong movements you make unknowingly while doing them on your own to zero. Suitable training for all levels. I recommend having our first lesson face to face because it is for posture analysis. Lessons last 50 minutes.
