About Alessandro
Hi, my name is Alessandro and I'm Italian. I'm 37 years old and my first job as a pizza chef was when I was 22. I have worked as a chef and pizza chef for many years and a few years ago I became also very passionate about sourdough. I am an expert in traditional Italian, French, English, Indian and gourmet cuisine. I've lived in Ireland, England and now I have been living here in Spain for a few months with my family. Living outside my country has helped me a lot to open my mind, also about food, and sharpen my palate very much.

If you would like to learn how to cook or bake property, you need to know some theory, otherwise the only thing you will learn is to follow recipes. The good thing is that even if it may sound heavy, we will always end up eating something tasty. Also, I always try to teach with irony because we always learn better when we have fun.
