My favourite subject is Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Preservation, Food processing, Bio-technology, Enzyme technology, Bakery and Confectionery, Dairy technology, Fruit and vegetable technology and etc.
I am Food Technologist. I completed my Diploma engineering from A.P.C Ray Polytechnic, under Govt. WB after that I got a chance from Sepciality Restaurants Ltd. (SRL)as Food safety Team Member in Chennai. I spent one and half years in SRL and I again cracked JEELET and completed my B.Tech degree from GNIT, Under JIS group and Simultaneously, I continue my job or you can say practice in CHOWMAN Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as a part time FSSAI Consultant. I spent two years over-there, and then I discontinue it due to my study pressure but again I got a new Chance from my collage from Grain Spain Nutrients Pvt. Ltd. as a junior Quality Executive. Suddenly, I left from my previous company and again rejoined in CHOWMAN Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as a Food safety Executive.
