About Max
I'm a high school student looking to give back to students who struggled in their math classes, from understanding algebra and geometry to tackling difficult differential calculus problems. My goal is for students to look at the way I look at math for it to be a student's favorite class rather than the one that they dread most.

Most teachers follow a curriculum that they have been teaching for years and aren't able to give that intimate one to one experience to help students with understanding. As a student, I can understand that this can be very frustrating. My approach is to make a student feel as welcome as possible and truly embrace the saying, "there is no such thing as stupid questions". Mistakes will be made, however without them we will never learn, in my class mistakes will be praised not frowned upon.

Details
Full tutoring sessions are held at $15/hr, whereas if is it a single question they can be completed for $0.25-$1 depending on the length of the question. Must cancel a session within 24 hours of tutoring date otherwise refunds are not accepted.
