About Jessie
I have previous experience in mentoring maths students at GCSE level. I always found that studying hard and working on my weaknesses best prepared me for the exams that don't need to be stressful if you're properly prepared. Academics aside, I am an avid reader and swing dancer, and my favourite thing to do at home is cook delicious food and bake sweet treats.

I structure my mentoring around the student - if theres something they don't understand, we will cover it until they do. It's best to first learn the topic through videos, discussion and reading, then work on questions to consolidate that learning. Questions include both a factual recall flashcard style and an exam style to increase familiarity with the exam format. I also like to revisit old topics briefly each session to keep them fresh in the mind whilst learning new ones.
