Professional Operations, Area Manager/ Café Manager and Facilitator in Food Safety, Hospitality and Retail Industries, with 30 years’ experience of successfully coordinating activities of various departments concerned with the production, costing, profit and loss, budgets, Food Safety and targets.
I am comfortable with training and advice learners on all levels and have an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. Having proven people management skills with the ability to manage performance and motivate learners on an individual and team level. Classes can be 4 hours up to 4 days, depending on experience and training are needed. Any person, from the age of 16 can attend classes.

Advance cooking classes and culinary skills is over 8 weeks.
