About Orsolya
Hi everyone! This is Orsi, I am originally from Hungary and have been learning and practising yoga for 7 years. I have compleated my 500 hours teacher training in Mysore, India where I also had the chance to meet and practise with Sharath Jois. During my 20s I had so much anxiety, and it started to physically affect my health. Yoga helped me in so many ways that I have decided to take teaching course and dedicate my time to deepen my practise and knowledge to be able helping others. Looking forward meeting you!

Namaste! I am so grateful that I can offer my teachings to you! May you be completely new or been practising yoga for a while, maybe just starting again, any age or fitness level is welcome, this is your chance to open up for a practise that can be so benefitial for both your mind and your body.
Classes are 60 minutes long, it is very important for me to get to know you and be able to plan asanas according to your needs, I like including pranayama, a bit of chanting and well-deserved shavasa at the end of your practise of course. Contact me!
