About Carla
I'm a learner as well as willing to help others learn alongside me about naturopathy, how to achieve an overall well-being, how to reduce anxiety, stress, find alternative ways to find a remedy for ailments we might struggle with. I will also teach how as a class or teacher-student, we can make natural substitutes for deodorant, massage oils etc.
