I'm a food enthusiast for life. I have vast experience cooking for my family, in professional kitchens and catering for events. I won quite a few culinary competitions and even was on a popular culinary reality show. Currently successfully running my own cooking and private chef business.

We will start with a discussion of the class goals and what technique, cuisine or problem we would like to cover during the lesson.
Then we will do a variety of activities that make sure you learning about:
- food safety
- organizing your kitchen work area
- culinary techniques
- serving and plating
Then I will introduce you to a recipe that you can make during the class or practice at home. If you take a recipe to work on at home - I will be happy to receive pictures of your creation, a video of you making the dish, and provide constructive feedback
