About Kaushal
My name is Kaushal Jha. I have been working as a Meditation teacher for the last 10 years in several schools in Rishikesh. I have lived in ashrams with great monks and yogis and experienced a life of spirituality. From my childhood, I was interested in bhakti yoga, singing, and in Spirituality. Meditation lovers can learn several techniques of guided meditation in a simple and joyful way.

His way of teaching is simple, melodious, soothing, and very polite.
