My preferred teaching method is to work from the existing notes of the student, as to teach the subject from another angle can cause confusion. I am sensitive to the need of the student to get the maximum out of the lesson, so I give the student complete freedom to direct the lesson.
I like to sit with my students one-on-one and work through questions with them, because I believe that having experience working through questions is invaluable.
I am a secondary school TA with a degree in psychology and A-level in maths. I am able to tutor in maths and sciences up until GCSE level, as well as A-level psychology.
My teaching method is to go through questions and past papers and explain why and how to solve problems rather than "just do it like this". I believe understanding rather than just memorising brings greater success. I am a calm, patient, personable person who enjoys Maths.
I am a psychology graduate. The main subject i tutor is mathematics to primary, secondary and sometimes a-level students.
I am a young professional who is willing to tutor any enthusiastic students from as young as Year 1 all the way to Year 11. I'm currently on a gap year after completing my A levels. I hope to go to University next year to study Psychology and as there is a fair amount of maths in this subject thought it would be an appropriate subject to tutor. I have an A in my maths GCSE and have tutored a few students from my previous school.
I have a degree in Mathematical Studies BSc. I achieved an A in Maths A-Level and an A* at IGCSE. I will first assess the strengths and weaknesses of the student and design a lesson plan based on what I have observed. I believe that no student is the same, and I am able to adapt my methods of teaching to suit their way of learning. This will enable the student to reach their full potential.
What the teachers do wrong at school is that they assume the student has understood or remembers certain topics and they take them for granted because they have a program to be completed by the end of the year. I know very well the feeling because I recently graduated as a MEng.
What do you want to be when you grow up? 4 year old Jese said ‘I want to be a teacher’. Being the oldest sibling of my family and the first to attend university, I started teaching from a young age. I started private tutoring at the age of 14 and 10 years later my passion for tutoring has endured and I now have a number of students who I teach on a regular basis.
My name is Maha and I am a Sixth Form student, currently studying Economics, Spanish, Maths and Further Maths for A Levels. I have achieved 11A*s in all of my GCSES I am very passionate about the subjects that I am studying at the moment, and would be lucky to share my knowledge with others.

I base my classes on establishing deeper understanding of topics and working on identifying and rectifying any gaps in knowledge. This sets students up for ultimate success at GCSE and beyond, allowing them to easily decipher the increasingly wordy and challenging questions come exam season.
I am a very calm and collected teacher, and I am ready to work at it with a student no matter how long it takes him/her to understand the concept I am teaching. A lot of my teaching is based upon teaching a concept then keep giving the student questions to make sure they understand that concept. This often results in success.
I like to create challenge for my students, I provide an insight into the topic and allow them to understand the basic principles through examples. I then test their knowledge making sure they fully understand before moving forward. I aim to make the experience fun whilst also pushing boundaries to allow students to surpass their potential. Achieve great results by aiming high.

I tutor KS2, KS3 and GCSE students. I find that practice makes perfect and I personally learn by understanding the content by looking at how it works and more specifically why that is the only method that works. When tutoring I ensure that I reward the individual when they try and then they can reward themselves when they get it right.
Fun, creative and friendly tutor who likes to understand the kids and realise there are many ways to solve a problem and therefore figure out the best way for each child to do it in order to maximise their understanding

Study sessions tailored to the individual to cover at high level all components of the curriculum and more detailed study support for the areas that need to be further developed. Learning at the student's individual pace and structured learning plans.
I have a very simplistic but effective method. We work our way from basics, establishing a sound knowledge of underlying ideologies, as we progress, teaching style and session structure will be personally tailored to each individual based on their capabilities and performance.
LESSONS ARE TAILORED TO EACH PERSON INDIVIDUALLY AND ARE BASED ON THEIR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES I TEACH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY STUDENTS OF ALL ABILITIES I AM FUN AND TRY MY BEST TO MAKE LESSONS INTERACTIVE BY THINKING OF NOT ONLY STUDYING BUT ALSO GAMES THAT I CAN HELP MY STUDENTS TO LEARN WITH EASE
I teach mainly by explaining ideas and then using examples that students can understand in order to help build up knowledge. I then have students practise these concepts by using a variety of examples and practice questions in order to familiarise students with new ideas.
It is my belief that the best way to learn maths is not to memorise a different method for approaching each type of problem but to develop an understanding of the maths behind what's going on. This gives students much more confidence with the material and prepares them in the eventuality that the exam throws up a question they have not been taught a method to solve before.
My name is Zareen, I am 22 years old and currently a fourth year dental student. I have always loved Maths because there is only one correct answer and the sense of accomplishment I get when solving an equation or sum correctly is phenomenal! Being able to pass this feeling on to the younger generation is a gift. I am very quick to suss out the child and adjust my teaching methods accordingly.

For most of the students, math is a scary thing. At first approach, they face the math problems from the platform which can be solved very nice and tricky way. Currently, I am studying at the University of Buckingham on Applied Computing where programming shows me the different angle to solve different problems.
Tutor for Maths and Physics, i have given lesson to A level Student and some degree level students.
