I split the lessons by topic. I explain the topic in depth, taking into consideration any questions the user has. If they are a visual learner, I also do drawings which makes it easier to understand the topic, particularly in biology. I then test their knowledge by giving them exam questions and going through the mistakes to ensure they are not repeated.
My primary technique is establishing a broad overview of the topic and then building knowledge and understanding over that foundation. Methods I employ are writing down information, recalling the information and finally applying it using a more practical approach. There will always be tests, throughout and at the end of topics to confirm understanding.

Interactive teaching. It means that the lessons are not memorised but embedded into the student’s mind. Interactive teaching causes students to pay attention to detail and are also involved in the process of unfolding key learning steps. Since GCSE I’ve found flaws in teaching methods. My learning came from extracurricular activities which I designed myself since my lessons were not fulfilling.
I aim to break each subject down to its core principles to make it easier to understand. If you can make sense of the basics then it is much easier to deal with the more complex areas in science. Happy to help with any areas from GCSE through to A-level biology.
My teaching methodology depends on what you can understand things in better way. I don't have any rigid plans for teaching.
My tuition involves covering a topic and then going into detail in the areas which the student finds more challenging. This is through a variety of examples and past paper questions to allow the student to systematically work through the question while showing them techniques for tackling difficult problems.
