I use a wide variety way of resources and techniques to support the demands and guarantee that they understand every single step in each exercise. I also provide a range of past papers with solutions which I am going to solve by myself to make sure they can apply those knowledge in exams and achieve the results they deserve..
I base my classes around getting the student to complete exercises with assisted help from me. I encourage them to think for themselves at all times. I will give them exercise sheets to do at home between each session they have with me to consolidate their knowledge.
Even though I am not studying a major that involves advanced maths at the moment, I enjoyed solving math problems and helping out my fellow classmates and younger students with maths during my secondary school. If you are passionate about maths, but can't think like maths, I can lead you step by step and enlighten you with the missing pieces.
Student focused teaching method with the use of numerous teaching aids. ....... .... ... ... ... .... ... ...... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
I can give lessons to children and teenagers covering both basic and intricate mathematic problems. Lessons can vary from thirty minutes to an hour depending on ability. I try to make each lesson suited to childrens needs and interesting to keep individuals attention.
My teaching method is practice make perfect. I believe that the best way to learn how to do something is to practice similar questions until it becomes second nature. One on one tutoring means that there is no chance of getting left behind in the classroom, we won’t move on until you understand the concepts fully.
I have use of practical resources so, students can visually see how the concepts work to solve a problem, then move onto more abstract problem solving (that's where the problem is represented by pictures and numbers). Problems are usually based on real life problems so, if I can replicate or demonstrate that, I will.
I base my classes on the students' preference; tell me a topic you're struggling with a few days in advance and I'll prepare some easy-to-follow steps until you understand fully. I will also provide an optional homework just to solidify your learning.
I am a qualified Mathematics teacher. I have taught in schools in several countries. My teaching approach depends on the individual student's learning method. I do private tutoring one to one or small groups in your home or at mine.
My approach to teaching focusses on engaging students with the material at hand, and hopefully exciting them about the subject. Students are undertaking their own learning, while I am present to guide and facilitate their journey. I hope to teach students by facilitating their learning and understanding, rather than attempting to cram knowledge in their heads.
I have a First class Honours degree in Natural Sciences and a PGCE, specialising in Mathematics. I teach students the content required as well as how to interpret and problem solve. All of these skills are needed for the new GCSE.
Open to all Maths students up to A-Level, my teaching method involves finding the simplest and most straight forward method of understanding and tackling questions, making sure my pupils are confident and capable of gaining full marks in the end.
My teaching method is one to one as it allows the pupil to ask questions without feeling scared or nervous
