I am currently in U6th studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I completed my Maths A Level in 1 year and achieved an A*. I have some prior experience through one of my Prefect roles, in which I mentored a GCSE student in Mathematics last year. Explaining things at a different level, I carried him from a D to a very high B.
My approach is to really help students understand mathematics, using when needed, visual diagrams and showing proofs to fully explain each step of working.
Hello, I am a recent Astrophysics graduate from Queens University Belfast and I want to help you with GCSE and A-level Mathematics and Physics in a relaxed and manageable way, tailored to the needs of each student. Before my degree I struggled with both subjects so I'm very familliar with how daunting maths and physics can be particularly when a deadline is approaching.
My teaching method is to learn what difficulties and individual is facing and look over any topic they are specially finding problematic or would like more work on.
As a tutor I would check in with the student(s) to find out what they would like to focus on. I will check what they are confident in and build from there. I am a very patient person and emphatic that not everyone picks up everything as the same pace so I would personalise the lesson to the individual(s).
My teaching method is The demonstrator, based in showing students what they need to know. The demonstrator is a lot like the lecturer, but their lessons include multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations.
Hi, I am looking to get into tutoring around Belfast in A-level/ GCSE physics or mathematical mechanics for A-level, or CGSE mathematics. I am also open to tutoring younger students. I would wish to follow an exam syllabus to ensure good grades can be achieved, but also focus on ensuring the understanding and consolation of increasingly complex ideas.
the school students from primary, secondary and senior secondary level can learn math from me. I am teaching students from last 4 years . You will get satisfied answers to your question and doubts. The chapter of math will as per your desire. I will provide best of ways of math tricks.

My name is Liam, I am currently an MSci Mathematics student at Queens University, Belfast, in my third year. I have previously tutored several GCSE students, helping them gain an understanding in a wide range of topics within the syllabus. Fortunately I have received very good feedback from those I have tutored.
I like to keep the lessons fun and interactive, especially for younger learners. They often find themselves doing hands on activities rather than computer based activities throughout the lesson. They participate in grouped activities such as writing a book to be printed.
I value flexibility and effort above all things and so am very open to adapting my teaching method to suit a students needs or desires. That said, in my experience, the best way to learn math is to do lots and lots of math, so students should expect most lessons to contain a lot of worked examples and practice questions.
I used to take class for students in university . Especially science in technology and application . I feel so proud to give knowledge to those who are in need of it . I wish to teach the kids the most, because they are the ones who need it most .
“Don’t work on a question until you get it right. Work on it until you can’t get it wrong” I will target each topic for the student to cover and would constantly refer back to them. No student will be taught the same way. Some will be taught differently based on what they find easier to understand, so they are able to use the concepts learnt to answer past year questions.
I am third year Physics with Astrophysics student at Queen's University, Belfast. I tutor students in any year at Secondary School, particularly at GCSE, AS and A2 level. I will assess your current level of working and tailor our lessons to suit both your learning needs and the criteria laid down by the examination awarding bodies.
I am originally from London but moved over to Northern Ireland to study a BSc in Mathematics at Queens University, Belfast. I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Data Analytics, also at Queens University. I have previous experience helping other students at the University to learn and understand Mathematics more clearly.
My undergraduate major is mathematics, and I graduated from a Normal University which is a professional university to cultivate teachers. I have been a math tutor about 1800 hours, i have rich experiences to deal with the math problems and enough skills to teach students master what they should know.
I have done masters in computer application .I have teaching experience for more than 5 years . used to teach mathematics physics, chemistry n all subject related to computer science. I used to clear doubt of my students first and then only allowed.
My teaching experience ranges from Primary Level Maths to Degree Level Maths. I am very adaptive to the students level of understanding. My teaching technique is to take care of all the students and move forward to next topics so that everybody are no same note. I use real time examples to make it easy for students to get connected to the complex topics.
From personal experience I find the best way to learn and remember a method is to understand it which is often easiest when the student finds the answer themselves with guidance as opposed to being spoon-fed answers.
My teaching method is especially giving lessons to the indiviual students and sometimes in groups near the exam time to give more attention to all the students and check them by taking exams in groups so that they don't feel hesitation in the final exam as they have already given exams in groups. So there would be no pressure of anything.
My name is Jayne, I am 24 and studied Electrical Engineering with a year of Computer Science. Math and Electronics can be simple! When there is only one right answer, finding the solution is a method that can be tailored to each individual and that is my approach to tutoring.
I tutor students from Primary 1 to Year 14. I am someone with a lot of patience. I will cater to the needs of my students and guide them according to their pace.
I don't just teach them the formula for a certain question but I teach them the maths behind it and why it works so that they cna answer a range of questions and greatly improve their understanding. I would aim to tackle their problem areas first and then develop their understanding in all areas.
Having studied GCSE Maths, Additional Maths and A-Level Maths, I desire to teach those who need a little extra help to boost their grades, to encourage them to achieve the best grades they can with specific help.
I always carry out an assessment with every new child I tutor. From this assessment I assess what areas need to be covered or what we need to work on. The approach I use also depends on the individual child.
In teaching I take the approach of forming a thorough and intuitive understanding of basic principles, using this as a basis from which more complex concepts are subsequently derived. I like to emphasise learning by application, using problems to practice and explore the material learned.
I will concentrate on the specifcation of the exam and anything the student is struggling with in particular, will help to find the best method of studying for the individual.
I want to get to know you and discover what help you need and where you need extra work I don't like rigid lessons ans prefer to tailor everything to my audience and give you more control.
I find that different teaching methods benefit different stuents long term, as some will much prefer lessons grounded in repetition whereas others, particularly those who struggle to focus, might find different activities/games a more beneficial tactic.
