Throughout my professional life I have mainly worked with and taught Japanese students of all ages and backgrounds. This helped me learn how to adapt my teaching style to the goals and learning objective for each group or individual that I worked with.
As part of my degree I have completed placements within Reading schools whereby I took on the role as class teacher, teaching the majority of the school day in some cases, thus a range of subjects, and also being responsible for behaviour management. I have experience working with Year 1, 2, 3 and 4 pupils (5-9yrs) and have an understanding of how to adapt teaching to the needs of individuals.
I am a student in my second year at the University of Westminster studying French & Spanish. I hope to pass on any knowledge, understanding and help to younger students who may benefit from one-on-one lessons. I can start from very basic level foreign language acquisition, to a higher grammatical level; of both French and Spanish.
